The famous & fabulous husband & wife country singing team Tim McGraw & Faith Hill kicked off their 3 month North American Soul2Soul tour Tues, June 5th right here in good ole Omaha, NE!

Not that I'm real into country music, but I do like this duo.

AND ... the most exciting part?!  My daughter got to groom their dog!  How's that for exciting, huh?! 

The place where she grooms pets for a living got a call from someone representing the couple & asked if someone would come down to groom their dog & of course, Angie, whose choice of music happens to be country, was out the door before they hung up the phone!  She's a big fan of theirs.  

She got to meet Tim & 3 of his daughters ( I think they have 4 daughters), & she got to watch Faith rehearsing on stage.  She was also given 4 tickets for the next nites concert, after which she got her picture taken with Tim! 

She told me what kind of dog they have, but I had never heard of it before & can't remember right now.  But it's a very uncommon breed & they had to look up on the internet how to groom it properly.  She said it looks somewhat like a bloodhound.   She also got a picture of it, but I haven't seen any of the pictures yet. 

Today concluded my first week of babysitting the 3 grandkids thru the ENTIRE summer!   It's not so bad, considering I only babysit them on Mon, Wed & Fridays.  And next week the Sun Dawgs program begins at the park, so they'll spend a lot of time there.

Heading up to the cabin tomorrow afternoon & we're going to be celebrating my sons birthday there Sunday.   I'm looking forward to a good time!
