Hubby is going to be on vacation for 2 weeks, so we're heading North!

No, not to the exotic North, or the Great White North, but about 30 miles North, to the cabin on the river.

I can't even tell you how much I'm looking forward to it!  We're taking the 3 birds, & the dog.  My 3 kids will be taking turns stopping by here to care for the cats & pond fish. 

Hopefully, this will be the break I need to lift my spirits, blow away the dark clouds that seem to have picked my head to hang out over, & give me some incentive to write here more often when I return.
